My Story

My journey as a coach began in September 2018, when I started guiding clients in fitness and yoga. While working closely with professionals, I noticed something deeper than physical goals — many carried emotional blockages and behavioral patterns that held them back from true transformation. This realization became the turning point in my path: helping people wasn’t just about the body, it was about the mind and emotions too.

To strengthen my practice, I followed a path of continuous learning:
200 YTTC — building a strong foundation in yoga teaching.
Professional Emotional Coach Certification — expanding into emotional well‑being and stress transformation.
Diploma in Human Behaviour — deepening my understanding of emotional patterns and psychology.
300 YTTC — advancing my yoga expertise and integrating body awareness with emotional strategy.

Through these experiences, I discovered that clarity and resilience come when we align body, mind, and emotions. Today, with Calmia, I guide leaders and professionals to release stress, break free from limiting patterns, and embrace the strategy of a calm mind.
